I've had luck with sales when I give them something to react to versus asking them to start from scratch. Could you take the salesforce notes and start the form for them?
Hey all - has anyone here launched an awards program and an advocacy program in tandem? I'd love to chat about this approach. We're starting at ground zero and there's a big appetite for an awards program and we need an advocacy/reference program.
Hello CMA'ers - does anyone have a flywheel/visual of customer advocacy/mktg that includes all the things: Exec engagements, advocacy, CABs, community etc. etc. I'm having a hard time putting all of customer advocacy/marketing into one slide.
