I’m working on improving how we measure the performance of our customer stories and would love to hear how others are approaching it.
How are you defining success? Are you tracking pipeline or revenue influence? Do you gate your stories? What tools are you using?
Really just looking to compare notes and see what “good” looks like across teams. Appreciate any insights!

What I'm testing out this year!
We recently partnered with Marketing Ops to build an attribution dashboard that tracks when a case study is clicked by someone tied to an open opportunity, plus the S&S value of that opp. So we can see influence at the opportunity level which has been helpful to start tying a value to the stories.
I’m also starting to embed case studies into our 1:1 ABM plays and push them more heavily on social, so I’m thinking about how to measure impact there too.
