Hey everyone! First time posting here, I'm usually more of a lurker, but I'm hoping for some advice!
I'm pitching for budget to invest in a customer advocacy tool, and I'd love recommendations. Right now I'm doing a lot manually which I'd love to automate:
Getting logo permissions from customers and surfacing these internally
Sourcing testimonials per product and making them accessible to differnt internal teams
Identifying case study opportunities & warming up those customers
Recruiting customers to private previews
We're also migrating our CRM from Dynamics to HubSpot, and I'm hoping to use that as a timely hook to make the case for an advocacy plug-in that can bring a lot of this together.
I've heard good things about Deeto and Testimonial.to, has anyone used either? Or is there something else you'd recommend? Worth noting, we don't have a need for a community space right now.
