Hello! Sorry for delay here -- we have a workflow the wonderful Debbi built for us to Request an Advocate -- that is, B2B teams, PMMs can log a request when they need a customer for a speaking gig, roundtable, webinar etc. Testing this atm.
We'll likely use the same workflow for Sales to Refer an Advocate to join our program too. Hope this helps! 🙂
The Reference workflow.. building this out atm. We're using Champion so likely this will be baked into SFDC > Champion to make it easy for Sales.
