Jenni Adair - if team is open, I created a pendo segment for NPS 7-10 that immediately triggers a new guide after the NPS that links out to G2 and Capterra landing pages - this is our always on strategy Andrew I've had some success with CSM team to do a week “review ask sprint” each quarter closer to G2 badge deadline. I give them email copy and ask for 1 or 2 asks per rep to send that week. I also allow these asks to have the biggest incentive ($50 gift card)

I think they must have separated this from the Gartner Digital Market last year. I'm going to send our rep an email to ask. I've always seen a 5-10% lift with capterra vs G2. Capterra's landing pages have a much better UX. I've just been running a Capterra ask that prompts after a customer leaves an NPS in app through pendo

Lisa Wilberding - I use to do where Gartner sends the ask with my list and had huge success with it. But I thought they stopped doing them? I remember there was a landing page you requested, but I haven't been able to find that. You didn't ask about G2, but here is there response because I had to get it signed off with legal for our renewal - they delete the data after the email review ask campaigns - See G2 DPA
