Hi all! I run EngineeringX, Harness' sponsored community for engineering leaders (Directors, VPs, CTOs) globally, about 1,500 members. It's a bit different from a typical customer community, it's not support-focused, but built around networking and peer-to-peer sharing. We run a mix of executive dinners, webinars, and a blog to keep it going.
I'd love to pick some brains about how you run communities, and I am extra interested in recruitment outreach. Right now our main channel is LinkedIn Recruiter (InMail), and we're starting to lean more on outreach through our own company database.
For those running similar peer communities: what's working for you? Open to any tips!
