Hey Megan - I set up an automation via ChurnZero/Gainsight that automatically sends out a review ask email to customers recently leaving an NPS score of 8+, it helps a lot!
👋 Hey All - is there a way to conduct a quick survey amongst CM professionals to see the average number of reference calls you provide on a yearly basis to your sales team? I can't seem to find an average to compare my number to, and I'd love to hear!
^^ I had similar issues with Sendoso - lots of mishaps with shipping items to different warehouses and so much back and forth with support. it was a mess, but from what I've heard, they've had a major overhaul with teams involved
my last place used both Sendoso and Reachdesk - I preferred Reachdesk since it was a bit better at handling international sends and had local marketplaces for each international location that you may need. it was a bit pricey though!
